The brief of this work was to build the concept of my first (imaginary) solo exhibition and to design graphics for the show. Came up with the concept ‘Design is Magic’ as graphic design always brings me unexpectable excitements. Since graphic designers deal with people’s perception of ‘sight’, I picked up a pair of glasses which I wore every day as a symbol of sight and also myself. A huge pair of glasses is an entrance of the exhibition, black dots represent prints = graphics, vivid colours and stripes make its amusing atmosphere. I wanted people to be excited like they see the posters of magic shows.
